Communications Department

The communications department is the first line of contact of every person in distress. Armed robbery, house fire or a person requiring medical assistance, 911 operators handle all types of calls everyday.

Operators require great multitasking skills and the ability to take a decision quickly. Their job is essential and always plays a huge role in determining the outcome of the situation. Each operator gets appropriate training in order to dispatch appropriately.
